The best place in town. I am very lucky to meet Ms Shalamova, B, NP on my path. She is dedicated ,,professional, competent, knowledgeable , respectful, intelligent, courteous, polite, helpful, compassionate, caring and kindhearted.
Love the environment ,the setting and the staff.
They always make you feel welcome.

I had a wonderful experience during my visit . From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and supported. Everyone I interacted with was kind, patient, and truly understanding, which made a big difference given the nature of my appointment. The front desk team was amazing as well warm, organized, and very helpful with checking me in, answering questions, and making sure everything went smoothly. It’s rare to find an office where every part of the team shows genuine care, and I truly appreciate the level of professionalism and compassion I received.❤️❤️

My third visit it like am at home everyone treats me with kindness respect and love… a very special thank you to my receptionist Samantha love and respect you girl .. also the rest of the staff are caring and also attentive.. I got my first MRI DONE here what can I say everything went smoothly it wasn’t that scary like most ppl says my experience was way different I guess.. I when in on another visit had another MRI THE TECH NINA WAS SO SWEET IF U LOOKING FOR A TECH THAT WILL TREAT U LIKE U MATTER THEM THIS IS YOUR GIRL SHE LISTEN AND SHE IS KIND , CARING AND VERY respectful AND MOSt DEFINITELY SHE knows her JOB .. please keep this chica u won’t regret it.. she surely deserves a place here.. the place is clean and also very welcoming . One more thing Samantha is the most understanding and she explained everything you need to know feel free to asked she will break everything down so u understand ever you need to know.. see you soon.. u won a new patient..

While the front desk, doctor, NP, and all the technicians have been great I have to give the rating a 2 for lack of communication follow up. I have left several messages on voicemail with no call back. I have left messages on the medical app and still no call back. When visiting there 2 weeks ago I was told my billing concerns would be addressed and to call back if nothing was heard. Unfortunately reaching the front desk has proven impossible. It has now been several months of me trying to resolve a question without anyone returning my messages or providing help. And this is despite a new office manager promising me two weeks ago I would be getting clarity. I had hoped my question would be resolved after being there in person but I was told to expect a call back from billing that never happened.

I want to express my appreciation and gratitude to Five Towns Neurology.

I've been taking my little brother since February 2025 to see Dr. Steiner and Dr. Henesch. My brother is receiving the care and management he needs.

Our experiences has been pleasant and organized. The receptionists, technicians and supporting staff have been courteous, accommodating and we've had a good rapport with all of them.

Whether it's a face-to-face interaction or leaving a message and receiving a phone call soon after. Our questions have been resolved with good outcomes.

If anyone is in need of a neurological consultation and follow-up, I would recommend this office.
