The best experience at Freeman’s! So happy to have found them! Close to my home, Khaled’s expertise, honesty and kindness will stay with me! Never have I had such great service from a mechanic / auto repair service, ever!

Super professional, friendly and efficient service, something that is extremely refreshing in the oftentimes fast- paced, abrupt and non- personal customer service environment.
Additionally, they took the time to thoroughly explain a potential issue with my radiator, not only explaining it to me in detail but showing it to me first hand under the hood.
Due to their impressive diligence, efficient repairs and overall kind demeanor, I have finally found a mechanic in Beacon I am pleased- very happy with and look forward to any future dealings with them.

I could not recommend Freeman's Auto & Tire enough. I had an issue with a squeaky noise coming from my back tires. I had just passed my inspection the day before from a different shop. I probably shouldn't have been passed, in retrospect. I suspected the noise was either an alignment issue or my breaks. I drive a lot and needed this fixed asap. I tried to get into my usual places but were told they were booked out until mid January and couldn't even take a look at my car. This was December 29th I did a little research and found Freeman's. Their Beacon location had appointments for the next day, so I booked immediately.
Khaled was friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful from the beginning. It turned out I needed my rear break replaced. I had been told I needed an alignment not too long ago when I got new tires, so I was expecting to have to get both the alignment and my breaks done. I was worried about the cost and Khaled was straight forward about the price and I decided to get the break done as well. It turns out I did not even need an alignment.

Everything was explained clearly and done in a good amount of time. I was in and out relatively quickly. I am so appreciative that they were able to get me in on such short notice and fix the issue without pressing me about other issues. They did let me know other issues that my car was having, however I was already aware of them and they never once tried to pressure me to get it done with them. They just let me know they could and I can come back when or if I need to.

I do want to also shout out "A. McGraw". He is the tech listed on my invoice. Thank you to him for taking care of my car!

Car had leaking coolant from radiator and hoses. Explained in full details with pictures where the problem was and kept me up to date with the whole procedure. Very professional and knowledgeable of what turned out to be a difficult repair due to Jeep engine design. Price was very reasonable. Waiting room is excellent. Highly recommended. 👍

I recently visited Freeman’s Auto & Tire shop at their new location in Beacon and was so impressed! The shop is absolutely beautiful—clean, modern, and welcoming. The staff and technicians were professional, friendly, and made me feel right at home.

Their new waiting area is a great touch, offering coffee, soft drinks, and snacks, along with a TV to keep you entertained while you wait. It really makes the whole experience comfortable and stress-free.

I’m looking forward to my next visit and highly recommend Freeman’s Auto & Tire shop to anyone in need of auto care. They’ve created a wonderful space and provide excellent service!
