Eddie from NTC proved that good businessmen still exist. Because of my schedule, it was hard for me to make trips to the shop. Eddie was kind and patient with me prior to and throughout our dealings. I felt like he heard me and did not try to strong-arm me into work that was not needed. My front end looks better than new. Call NTC and Eddie-you can’t go wrong.
Incredibly response, compassionate, and quick service. I was offered a variety of avenues to treat a fender bender issue to fit within my time / budget constraints, and even with that information in hand I could not have been prepared for how quick the repairs were done.
And how good my car looks! Everywhere else said body work at this level would cost more than $1500 and I was out in fifteen minutes. I can’t recommend them (and Don!) highly enough. Thank you guys again!
My experience was amazing. They left no stone unturned from start to finish. Angela was excellent. Her professionalism far exceeds a 10. My car was actually detailed before returning it to me. They did an excellent job. It looks brand new. I highly recommend NTC auto body shop.
NTC AUTO BODY IS THE TOP AND I MEAN TOP AUTO BODY SHOP IN THE HUDSON VALLEY AND DUTCHESS COUNTY AREA!!!! WHEN I WAS ON THE HIGHWAY I GOT HIT FROM BEHIND AND MY TRUCK SUFFERED A LOT OF DAMAGE BUT BECAUSE THIS TRUCK SAVED MY LIFE I WANTED TO SAVE THE TRUCK . I WENT TO THREE AUTO BODY SHOPS IN THE AREA TOLD THEM WHAT HAPPENED AND THEY ALL SAID TOTAL THE TRUCK WITHOUT EVEN INSPECTING IT AND GAVE ME OUTRAGES PRICES TO REPAIR IT.. I WENT TO NTC AUTO BODY AND THEY LISTEN TO ME AND WHY I WANTED TO SAVE MY TRUCK AND NEVER DISCOURAGE ME TO GIVE UP ON MY TRUCK AND NTC AUTO BODY TOOK THE JOB AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICE, DID A FULL INSPECTION AND REPAIR AND RETURN THE TRUCK TO ME LOOKING BRAND NEW !!! IAM FOREVER GREATFUL TO NTC AUTO BODY AND I RECOMMEND EVERY ONE IN THE HUDSON VALLEY , DUTCHESS COUNTY AREA AND BEYOND ANY AUTO BODY REPAIR YOU NEED GO TO NTC AUTO BODY!!!!!
