I had an issue with receiving my bill in the mail or via email. I stopped into the office and within 30 minutes the situation was corrected. I have been with this Nationwide office since I was 17 years old. I was with them prior to Garbe Associates being the agents and with them ever since. They have never missed a beat. I’m very satisfied with their handling of all my accounts. I’ll give a shout-out to Donna who has taken care any and all issues with my accounts and claims.

Peter was great. He helped me lowered my insurance premium. I gave him my declarations page and got me an apples to apples quote and also offered a homeowners policy without asking to offer me a better price for a multi policy discount. He was great to work with and an asset to the company
Peter was amazing, I called up at about 10:30am for auto insurance quotes. My parents referred me since they use Garbe Associates for their business insurance. Peter got me the quotes I needed in less than an hour. I went at noon to sign deals for my car and go over final numbers. By 2:30pm I had pretty much finalized my deal and called Peter, he answered quickly and got my coverage with Progressive taken care of fast. I walked out of the dealership with my car AND insurance on it by 3pm. It was amazing working with someone who was so fast and accurate. He found me a great rate with my student discount as well because I sent him my transcript. Peter was again amazing to work with and I now recommend anyone I know to Garbe Associates for their insurance needs!
Peter and Tara were wonderful throughout the entire process, from the first conversation about quoting policy pricing to adjusting the quotes so that we could better compare them to other insurance companies to finally choosing them and going over exactly what we needed to make as smooth a start as possible. They were always available and prompt with their responses, and were a great help explaining everything to first time home insurance buyers. We look forward to working with them for decades to come!
