Rush Bowls

Just had the best bowl of my life at Rush! Was passing through Poughkeepsie at about 5 PM and needed a pick-me-up. Was going to hit SK but decided to give Rush a go and what a solid decision. The açaí blend in “the beach” was amazing! They make the peanut butter there. I recommend! Will be back to try some others for sure.

Wow! What a hidden gem. This place is located inside the shops at South hills, back by Orange theory. It was a little difficult to find at first, but this is an absolute must try in the Poughkeepsie area! Their products are made with all fresh ingredients, and they even grind their own peanut butter fresh daily, which I found out they also jar and sell! This place is Chic and clean and the service was incredibly friendly. I will definitely be coming back!

Cute, clean place. Staff is great and fast! Bowls are such a great size and price!!! My favorite açaí bowl place in this whole area. It’s a little hidden to come support this gem!

One of the best health food locations in Dutchess County. Amazing bowls and smoothies. Wonderful Staff and owner is very hands on and friendly. Lovely decor. I highly recommend
