I've been ordering by phone and online from Gzepps for several years and have always been happy. Last night, I went in to order food. The restaurant area was very busy with a party and other customers. The young people at the register area were so nice, respectful, pleasant and professional. I was very impressed with their positive attitudes and excellent customer service. There were three of them working very hard. Two of the young women apologized for the wait (due to the party) and asked if I wanted anything to drink while I waited. The young man checked on my order even though he wasn't my order taker. Wonderful experience. The way they were lets me know the owners are good people and good to their employees. The food is delicious. I'll be ordering from Gzepps for my Christmas gathering this year. Great job!

I have ordering from here ever since we moved to Old bridge area (2019). Never usually go in but to my surprise newly renovated place got me interested in dining in. This past week my son and I went in twice for lunch. Loved the service and pizza as always. Thank you for being heart of old bridge.
Very nice atmosphere, staff is very kind. Nice drawings, nice lemon trees, many types of seatings from high table to booth style seats.
Issue is the food is not great, pizza is not bad I mean it’s like any other pizza cooked well but not too dark, not crispy at all. I tried the cheesetake pizza it was pretty avg. I had the Tony’s pasta, pretty bad. Low quality chicken, veggies were few if any, and sauce was like water with oil and almost no cheese. Had to drench with Parmesan just to make it edible.
It’s better than the avg Italian spot but nothing too crazy, just go for the atmosphere and solid eats. But don’t expect to be blown away..
I ordered a Personal Meat Supremo Pizza and 6 Buffalo Chicken Wings. The Meat Supremo was great, though it's hard to eat without the toppings falling off, but I'm not complaining ;). The Chicken Wings were truly fantastic, and they often give you extra wings. The buffalo sauce is nice and spicy and tastes phenomenal. BUT, you MUST order the chicken wings with the sauce on the side and ask for extra sauce because when you get them tossed they completely lose their crispiness and one sauce cup is never enough.
The employees are friendly, and their top to bottom renovation provides a fantastic atmosphere. You should definitely order in person as their prices are higher on delivery apps, but overall I'd give it 5 solid stars.
