Giant Laundry Bronx

This laundromat was the best in the neighborhood at one point but now you can tell they’re getting to the point of they don’t care anymore. You could come in here two times in a month, between a two week timespan and the same machines that was out of order last time will still be out of order. The washer and the dryer literally take turns breaking down MID CYCLE and there’s no urgency in getting them fixed. I’m sitting here right now and shorty talking about “give her an hour” to get my clothes out the dryer when it stopped mid cycle. It’s giving she doesn’t wanna open the machine and have to mop well guess what….you better open it before I do 😈🙃

The staff at this laundromat is absolutely amazing—friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. They really make the experience pleasant. However, a big downside is that many of the dryers are often out of order. This creates long wait times, especially since people from outside frequently come in just to use the dryers. It feels unfair to those of us who do our full laundry service here and end up having to wait. I hope management can address the dryer issues soon—it would really improve the experience for loyal customers.

Clean, reliable, and affordable! This laundromat has plenty of machines, all in great working order. The staff is helpful and friendly. Folding tables are spacious, and there’s free Wi-Fi while you wait. Open late, well-lit, and safe. Always a smooth and stress-free laundry experience!

The workers are super nice and have no problems with the employees but this laundry matt is a hot mess. Thankfully the workers are kind patient and understanding

Literally over ten dryers that aren't working and alot of them are the same ones from a few months ago that where out of order

Yesterday luckily the man started to fix the machine but their cards are a joke.

Three different dryers i tried yesterday had vacuum issues. After they got fixed. Had to have the nice lady reimburse me for other machines.

Everything is a bad pull for so many machines. Was told to purchase another card after buying one the same day because the cards are faulty. End up spending more money.

What was supposed to be a two-three max hour ordeal literally took us 4 and half hours because of all the dryer issues

Been going here for over two years and I honestly cannot wait until the new laundry matt opens. The only reason I come here is because it's the only one here. Once the new place opens most likely they'll lose most of there customers.we only go here because it's the only place available

Staff is amazing, but the hours of service do not meet the demands of our neighborhood. The last wash is at 7:30 pm. This place needs to be 24 hours especially with all the new residential building going up. It's always crowded, the cost of the machines have gone up, and most of the dryers are out of service. It's become a headache to wash here, but our only option. There is a coin-op Laundromat down the street, but I don't want to deal with coins.

Another con is that the staff takes up many washers and dryers when it's packed to fulfill their laundry service options. They need an overnight crew to do that.
