Some days are good and the staff is friendly other days are bad and staff is not helpful or friendly. Please add more carts, on a busy day I will waste time just waiting for a cart to move my laundry from one machine to another.
Clean. Machines are well maintained and efficient. I repeat, clean! Quiet, compared to other places. Not too crowded. Visible staff. Very friendly and willing to guide you through using the machines. Cashless. Safe at all hours. Lol. I did find a dreadlock in one of the washers. I hope whoever it belongs to comes back for it. 😂. It's worth the trek down and up one of the steepest winding hill blocks in the Bronx. 5 stars!
