I am very pleased with the roofing job. I don’t lived at the property but every effort was made to protect my tenants and property. I received texts and pictures of the job at different points. The crew did a wonderful job cleaning up daily and they repaired the damaged attic ceiling promptly when notified. I’ll recommend Green Point Construction and will use them for future projects.
I highly recommend Greenpoint Construction. They did a great job painting the exterior of our Brooklyn brownstone at a fair price and texted progress and pictures throughout the job. Replied quickly to any questions, on time and very professional. We’ll use them again on our next project.
We hired Greenpoint Construction to repair and reconstruct parts of the front of our building.
Our building was built circa1908 and restored in the 1980’s. Some of the more unique work included repairing the front exterior entrance to reflect its original design.
The two side walls of the front exterior stairs were repaired with wire mesh and an underlying masonry surface, but rather than following the restored outline, they were able to recreate the original look.
As with the brownstone entry columns, that had eroded over time, they were asked to shape it to the original profile – they did a fantastic job. And when we had difficulty designing an extension to the handrail, Greenpoint was very thorough in offering us a few design options.
Overall, the group was great to work with. Management made sure that we were satisfied with each section as the work was completed and their team patiently worked around the residents that came in and out of the building all day long.
We look forward to having them back to work on other parts of our building. Thank you Green Point!

Licensed, insured and did work on my building to replace the drain (pictured) and seal some holes around windows on the front-side of the building which were leaking. Work was done quickly and happy with the result. Thanks a lot.
