This is the best spot to get a healthy, delicious and unique breakfast in the whole area! Every time I come I am greeted by the wonderful staff and feel entirely welcomed. My favorite worker is Melanie, she is a sweetheart and deserves the best!

Cute little cafe with really tasty beverages and some light bites (salads, smoothies, acai bowls, sandwiches). I ordered a Buddha bowl, immunitea and a cold brew. Probably one of the best tasting iced tea beverage I've had. Definitely recommend especially as the weather heats up. Free wifi, some seats for hanging out, and bathrooms.

This place is the best for delicious smoothies, already prepared Vegan lunches to go or to stay, and most of all, the staff. Melanie and Chelsea were so sweet and accommodating. They gave us the best suggestions for smoothies and took the time to ask us what we wanted and were in the mood for. They had great attitudes and were laughing and vibing with us from start to finish. It was worth every penny because of them and of course, their master level skills as smoothie making!! Really cute vegan gluten free cafe! Their food is so healthy and delicious but certainly tastes just as good (and better) than the gluten non vegan version, and there's lots of to go meals like salads and soups

I stopped in for the first time and I think G&T might be a weekly lunch treat! The Pad Thai salad is probably the best salad I’ve had in a very long time. I am dairy free, vegetarian, and avoid eggs so this is the perfect place for me. I am excited to try a smoothie and other menu options going forward. Exactly what we needed downtown!
