I am a Registered Architect and i have filed at at least 15 different municipalities in NYS . This is by far the most pleasant and most people oriented Building and Zoning /CDC Departments I have worked with in my 18 years of experience. They are polite and communicative which is exactly what home owners and small business owners need.

Very good department, staff is helpful and responsive. Building permits are issued quickly as compared with other departments in the County. Always a pleasure because the people there have good attitudes.
