Nick is THE MAN! On a Friday afternoon, my tank clicks a few times and then... no water. I call the number on the tank, hoping someone might be able to schedule time to come out after the weekend, or that an "emergency service" fee won't be astronomical. Nick takes my call, arrives 20 minutes later and after diving through my horror show of a crawl space, ripping out my relic of an unused softener, and doing some device replacement magic, water was up and running in less than 2 hours- all for a price that was less than anticipated. I had no idea what to expect when I called the number on the tank's sticker, but I was so impressed with Nick's willingness to swoop in (literally within minutes) and save the day- no matter how spooky, cramped, and complex the job! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️++
Nick at Clearwater was terrific. He replaced my water softener within 2 days. He arranged to repair the floor on which the softener was placed. I have used this service twice and found them extremely reliable, competitively priced and a pleasure to deal with.
My buried water pump stopped working over a weekend, and I contacted Clear Water, who was on-site by lunchtime, with a new pump in the well by late afternoon. It was an excellent experience altogether, and I'm deeply grateful. Highly recommended!
