Came here trying to find some treats that my dog approves of lol unfortunately they didn’t have them in stock but FORTUNATELY Cole was working and went above and beyond to help me order them and have them delivered to the location closest to us. Cole was so helpful and understanding that I have an older dog with sensitive teeth and helped me find the right kind of snack. This store based on Cole alone deserves 5 stars. Very clean very helpful and I am very appreciative.

I have a very large dog and the self service grooming stations accommodate. It's always clean and the staff is very pleasant and helpful. Good selection of products.

The self Dog Grooming area is Beautiful! Very clean and so much easier than trying to do it at home in the bathtub. They are elevated, so much easier on your back. They supply the soap and 2 towels. The water was easily regulated to warm. They also have a very nice blow Dryer, so you can dry your Dog prior to going outside in the cold. I don’t know the names of the two young men working tonight, but they were very helpful and both were very sweet with Willow. Willow also loves the snacks that you can buy there.

We just left!! Ohhh, my the cleanliness of the dog wash blew my mind. Everything in order aprons provided. Price is excellent.
What we were most impressed with was the staff. Jake, who was so very attentive and helpful and the amazing Paige who gave my Kobe tons of TLC because he has very bad anxiety, our new favorite spot for bath time and friend time.🤗
