Josephine works magic! I showed her my vision and she made sure to do what worked best with my natural hair. I hadn’t had a hair cut or color in years. Josephine is precise and very skillful. My hair came out beautiful and I now have a staple hair studio to go to ! I had a great experience and highly recommend her expertise.

This review is about the specific stylist I had. I walked in wanting the cut n go with bangs but the lady insisted on washing it. She kept talking over me and cutting me off when I was talking. and mentioning the thinness of my hair (I had trauma and lost a lot of it for a year but it had been growing back.) She also mentioned my whole head was grey - which it’s not - completely irrelevant to why I went in. I just wanted my layers cut shorter and specific bangs I showed her a photo of. Needless to say, eventhough she said she would cut my bangs shorter I did not trust her at that point and just wanted to get out of there. She also wanted to take a flat iron to my head after I said I didn’t want it and it was smoking. I spent much more money than I wanted just to be pissed off the rest of the day. I just wanted the bangs. So now I have shorter layers that look nothing how I wanted and no bangs. So I paid more money just to end annoyed and disappointed.

I had been searching for a new hairdresser for several months after a bad hair experience. I was looking for an environment that felt warm, welcoming, was clean, staff was professional and the hair stylist was skilled, knowledgeable and friendly. Hair Creations exceeded all my expectations!! SPECIFICALLY Josephine was that and then some! What a pleasant experience!! She was patient, understanding and listened to my hair needs. I would highly recommend her! She uses modern techniques and has decades of experience. Will absolutely be back and will be seeing Josephine again! Thank you!

I was feeling very unhappy with my hair and needed a change. I saw the reviews for this place and decided to trust them. I am SO glad that I did!!! My hair is naturally dark and very thick, and Josephine turned it into a full head of beautiful blonde highlights! She was not afraid of the challenges my hair usually gives hair dressers, and she truly is a master of her craft. I have never left a salon as happy as I did here, and I have done MANY different colors with my hair! Josephine is truly amazing- she made me feel comfortable and had me leave the salon with a very much needed confidence boost! I am so grateful to her and the wonderful staff there. :)
