I was sceptical of buying rugs site-unseen over the internet. Stumbled on George randomly in looking at one of their rugs on eBay. He was extremely helpful and professional. If anything, he understated the quality and beauty of the rug I ended up buying. I don't, as a rule, do many reviews but this experience exceeded expectations by so much that I thought they deserved recognition for the quality business they are running. Ask for George. He will not disappoint. He makes buying these rugs easy and you don't need to worry about his representations of his products. A 5 star buying experience if ever there was one. I will be looking for more excuses to buy rugs from George in the future and recommend him to anyone looking for some beautiful, high quality rugs.

I was very pleased with George's service. The first rug I ordered had a spot on it. I contacted George and he immediately invited me to return it to his office, postage-paid. He offered me the option of waiting to see if the "carpet doctor" could try to remove the spot, or I could select a different rug. I really liked the first rug, but I needed a rug quickly because it was right before the holidays. The new one arrived within a couple of days, and I like it even better than the first one!
