My wife and I love this store and the people are amazing. We bought something and had to exchange it and we left 200 in cash in the item. The owner found us through social media and contacted us. We would have never even known. This little gem in a beautiful location near the park is a favorite destination of ours every weekend after the farmers market in the park.
Great staff and very helpful. The woman who helped us, Hannah, was very nice and offered great advice in helping us find what we wanted. Would recommend.
I was surprised to find this store listed as an authorized dealer for Junghans. I special ordered a particular reference number through Jack (the owner) who was extremely friendly and transparent about the whole process. He explained the payment, shipping time, etc. with absolute clarity and delivered the watch exactly as he promised and with a smile. His customer service and demeanor is better than even some multi-branch jewelers that I've been to. If you're looking for a Junghans watch I would absolutely recommend Drama Club!
