Last Wednesday, we left Macon, Georgia, in our Tiffin RV and headed north. We were on I84 E and within two hours of our destination. All of a sudden an indicator light came on on the dashboard. One that we had never seen before. Our RV is on a Ford chassis so I searched for a Ford truck service location and found out that we were within 20 miles of Healey. It was Friday and we took a chance that they would have time to check out our issue. We arrived and explained what had occurred why we stopped. The service office did not hesitate to see what they could do for us. Next thing we knew, a technician was headed out to our RV, taking time to asset our problem. With his technical assistance, we learned that the light actually indicated we were now set for towing a vehicle - which we never do. A great result for us and very much appreciated. It is difficult to find service when you are traveling and not familiar with what might be available. Thank you Healey for being an outstanding example of what service should be. Your customers are fortunate to be serviced by your team.

I have been getting my F350 serviced at Healey Ford Truck Center for several years now and have always been very satisfied with the staff and quality of work. I also have noticed more recently that service wait times have also improved. The staff is always very accommodating, on top of needed Recalls and clear on communication. I also must acknowledge that they make recommendations on service, but they are not Hard Selling everything like some other dealerships.
We purchased our F-350 in January from Healey Brothers, and this was our first experience with their service department. It was an absolute pleasure. I called Friday and they got me in today. I was greated by Seth and he told me if I wanted to wait he would get it taken care of that moment. When he wasn't helping other customers he engaged with conversation and made the time go by fast. We greatly appreciate the professionalism and hospitality.
