I came here for the first time last week seeking alterations on a formal dress. I liked that the place was conveniently located and had good reviews. From the moment I stepped in, it was apparent that the seamstress knew very well what she was doing, and she was kind and patient with me, even as I mindlessly stepped on the too-long dress multiple times while she was trying to pin it up.
The dress was ready for me within a week as I requested, and even though I brought it in simply rolled up in a shopping bag, it was given back to me nicely hung up, wrinkle-free, and covered with long plastic bag. Most importantly, the work was beautifully done. The hem looks amazing and sits in the perfect place, just barely touching the floor, and I was able to easily walk and dance all night without mindlessly stepping on my dress. And though I'm not familiar with the going rates these days, I feel like what I paid was fair for the work that had to be done.

We had an awesome experience this afternoon getting measurements done for dresses we are having made. The staff was so patient, kind, and thorough while doing very complex measurements. It was such a pleasure. We are so grateful for the time they spent with us this afternoon.
