Using their services for 10 years now
I recently had an experience with Cleaning by Fredericks that left me feeling quite frustrated. I brought in two pieces of clothing—a t-shirt and a pair of pants—for cleaning and some minor repairs. The woman at the counter was friendly enough and provided me with two separate tickets, one for each item.
When I returned to pick up my clothes, I discovered that there was a mix-up with the pricing. The ticket for the pants was missing the cleaning fee, which meant that the total price on my bill was higher than I had anticipated. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I was disappointed that the staff member did not take ownership of the error. Instead, I was asked to pay the full price without any acknowledgment of the oversight.
Overall, the cleaning service itself was satisfactory, but the lack of accountability and customer service in addressing the pricing issue left me feeling dissatisfied. I hope that in the future, they can improve their communication and handling of such situations to ensure a better experience for customers.
