I called the day-of to see if they could get me in for a full synthetic oil change, and they were more than happy to help.
I had work until 4:30pm and got here about an hour or so before they closed, and was welcomed and taken care of immediately.

They re-verified the oil my car took and even brought a seat outside for me while I waited.

The whole experience was less than 15 minutes, and it's safe to say I'll be coming back.
