The staff at Joseph Smith Funeral Home are fantastic. They recently helped us with all the arrangements for my Mom's funeral/memorial service. I cannot say enough about their caring and professional service, as well as their courteous and compassionate approach to every detail. From start to finish they were available, kind, and attentive. They did the same when our Dad passed away suddenly 19 years . Thank you Joe and Matt - as well as all the other staff - who lovingly walked us through this difficult time. Recently we laid our Mom (Eleanor Buckley 🙏) to rest. The wake was held at Smith Funeral Home in Mahopac. It was a difficult time for my family, but Joe Smith and his staff took much pressure off my family by handing all details from retrieving my Mom's body and overseeing the wake service. Smith Funeral Home was caring and accommodated all the important details of assuring that the wake for Eleanor Buckley was handled in a respectful and dignified manner.
