i never expected I would need this type of service any time soon, there i was blindsided.
Ms. Agnes took care of everything in a very compassionate, dignified and professional manner. Every detail was perfect. She took care of everything!
While, I am completely heartbroken that my husband has gone to sleep in death, my conscience is clean knowing my Tom would be pleased that his wishes were honored. Thank you to Agnes of Heritage Funeral Home for everything!!!!

Funeral home was dirty and dusty. Not what you want to see when mourning. The directors looked so miserable I thought they were apart of the mourning family.
I wish I would write a good review as this kind of service is always very sensitive. The funeral director of my husband funeral Agnes Dowe was kind and attentive until I paid. It's been almost two weeks she promised to deliver the death certificates and she breaks her promises every single day since. "Did not check the mail", "too late in the day to reach to the town of Philipstown" "being with a family", etc... Very, very disappointing. I do not recommend this funeral home
Beautiful, comfortable and comforting environment, sensitive and professional staff. I have been to many funeral homes and was so comfortable in the homey surroundings at Heritage.
