I wanted to take a moment to leave this review because I truly can’t say enough about how amazing KidStrong Commack and their incredible coaches have been for my two children. We’ve been a part of the KidStrong family for just over two months now, and without a doubt, it’s been one of the best decisions we’ve ever made.

If you’re even thinking about enrolling your little one, don’t hesitate. I promise, you won’t regret it. The growth we’ve seen in both of our children has been unbelievable. From confidence building, memory skills, and strength training, to teamwork and social development - it’s all here. My kids eat, sleep, and live KidStrong. It’s more than a program; it’s become a part of our lives.

Every visit starts with a warm welcome from Coach Mayu, who always greets my children with a smile and excitement that sets the tone for the day.

My son is lucky to have Coach Kate and Coach Julia, who are nothing short of amazing. They bring such a positive, loving energy to every session, and the connection they’ve built with my son is truly heartwarming. They just get him. Their patience, encouragement, and ability to make learning fun is unmatched. Whether they’re celebrating a win or guiding him through a challenge, they’re right by his side, cheering him on every step of the way. They know exactly how to challenge and support him in a way that makes him feel proud and excited to grow & glow. It’s clear they genuinely love what they do.

As for my daughter, Coach Hayden, where do I even begin? His big, energetic personality radiates throughout the gym. He brings the kind of energy that lifts everyone up. He always knows when to give her that extra push and when she needs a little boost of encouragement. The connection he has with the kids is truly special. He makes every child feel seen, capable, and strong.

And we can’t forget Coach Xandy! Her wacky, funny personality adds so much joy to the gym. Whether she’s coaching or just hanging out and cracking jokes, my kids absolutely adore her. She has a way of making them laugh and feel completely at ease — she’s the fun energy that ties it all together.

We’re so grateful to be part of the KidStrong community. Thank you, Commack team, for all you do . You’re truly changing lives, one confident kid at a time!

We’ve been going to KidStrong Commack for about a year now with our three-year-old, and the growth we’ve seen in his confidence has been amazing. He went from being a little unsure to now walking into class with his head high, ready to take on any challenge. Coach Mayu is wonderful, and Coach Kate has been especially incredible — her energy, patience, and encouragement have made such a difference. The coaches genuinely care, and it shows in the way they connect with each child. I can’t wait to start bringing my one-year-old too — we’re officially a KidStrong family!

From the moment we walked into KidStrong for our first class, I immediately felt welcomed. The coaches and staff approached my children and me right away, warmly introducing themselves. I loved the concept behind the class, it wasn’t just about physical activity and obstacle courses. It challenged the kids, kept them focused, and helped them build patience and discipline. We left the class wanting more. We officially signed up and enjoyed our second class today. We even brought a new friend to class who loved it as much as us.

My daughter Lillian absolutely loves coming to KidStrong. It is an environment which allows her to harness her leadership skills and get all of her energy out in a healthy way. The coaches are professional, attentive, and so much fun. They really care about each child and help them work on so many different skills both individually and as a team. I love the structure of the classes that integrate into the obstacle courses education and public speaking as well as competition, working as a team, hand-eye coordination, confidence building, problem-solving skills, all while having so much fun. These are critical life skills that every young child should develop and be exposed to. Lily recites the positive mantra at home as well!
