Great service! I called on a Saturday after 2 PM to schedule an appointment and was able to do everything through text, which was extremely convenient—especially since every other place I contacted was closed and couldn’t schedule me. I arrived about 15 minutes late, but the owner, Ladyy, was very accommodating and clearly knowledgeable about fingerprinting. She answered all of my questions confidently, and the entire process was quick and efficient. I had my fingerprint card in about 10 minutes and was on my way. I would definitely recommend this business.

I messed up by scheduling online and selecting the wrong service. Ronney called me to immediately cancel and reschedul my appointment. When we spoke I said I needed fingerprinting. We rescheduled for the following day.
Following day I went in, repeatedly said I needed fingerprints. Ronney agreed with everything I said, charged me for and provided the service I initially asked for despite me correcting it with her prior.
I will accept fault because maybe it was confusing.
After that I told her my job provided some kind of code. She insisted she could take the code. I asked if she knew what it meant as she said yes. The man hiring me called as well, during this, and he advised me to ask her again. So I have a recording of me asking her if she accepts the code and explaining it to her, she said yes. Then after I paid her she said she didn’t accept it as it is for “live scan” even tho I communicated my needs and she agreed.

She spent SO MUCH TIME telling me to come see her for services I didn’t request. All I needed was fingerprints. She asked me if I needed a drug test of background check or other things and made it a point to give me her card despite not delivering the services I requested.

I’d be kind because she was nice, but I’m super annoyed that I expressed my needs and she repeatedly agreed and I paid for things I thought we weren’t doing.

Dont go here for fingerprinting for your job becauee all she wants is to get her business off the ground and will scam you knowing she isn’t giving you what she agreed to.
