I have used this firm more than once and everything has gone smoothly and professionally. Both Mr. Koschie and his assistant are easy to work with and handle all the headaches that go along with real estate deals so you don't have to. I honestly don't understand the negative comments listed and would point out that they are from several years ago. I would recommend highly.
Top notch! Effective and efficient
Used Mr. Koschei in a recent purchase of a home in Walden, NY (short sale). He was extremely easy to get a hold of, responsive, and knowledgeable. He explained our contract to us in laymen's terms, and was reasonably priced. Overall a pleasant experience.
