    Kyle is a phenomenal trainer. I have been working with him for almost a year now after not having any formal weight training coaching in over a decade. He’s been awesome to work with in getting me back to the strongest I’ve ever been. He’s great at listening to your goals and crafting a plan that’s tailored to you and then motivating and driving you to the right outcomes. For someone like me, who was already pretty fit, he allowed me to level up considerably. I’m about to get surgery on my shoulder and he’s already thinking through a plan to allow me to continue my fitness journey to maintain the gains I’ve achieved. Couldn’t recommend him more strongly!

    Kyle is an awesome personal trainer! He knows how to be motivational and inspire me to push myself, but he's also chill and nice and keeps our sessions really fun. He doesn't use shame or pressure as motivation. I've worked with many other fitness professionals, and Kyle is the first one who's made the process actually enjoyable. He continually customizes our workouts and keeps it from getting boring. He's great about flexible scheduling to fit with my busy work schedule, too. Highly, highly recommend!

    I've been doing weight training with Kyle for almost 9 months now, and I recommend him wholeheartedly! Kyle is knowledgeable, flexible in his approach, and overall a joy to train with. He strikes the perfect balance, knowing when to push, when to be supportive, and when to celebrate the little victories. A phenomenal trainer no matter where you are on your health/fitness journey!

    I've been working with Kyle on and off for several years now, and I truly can’t say enough good things about him. He is not only incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in his field, but also incredibly compassionate and motivating. What sets him apart is how genuinely he cares. He takes the time to really listen and meet me exactly where I’m at—physically, mentally, and emotionally. His approach is never one-size-fits-all; always thoughtful, personalized, and focused on what’s best for me. I always leave our sessions feeling stronger, more confident, and supported. Knowing Kyle is in my corner has made a huge difference in my fitness journey and overall well-being. I feel so lucky to have found a trainer like him and can’t recommend him enough!

    I've been working with Kyle for over a year and it has been a fantastic experience. We set goals that I've now surpassed beyond my expectations. Despite getting stronger and tackling more challenging exercises, I've never once had a problem with an injury. He is a stickler for form and safety. Kyle makes getting stronger fun and gratifying. I was once upon a time a personal trainer skeptic...but not any more. Thanks Kyle!
