For over a year, I have had the privilege of Kris kicking my butt and holding me accountable on a weekly basis and I'm much stronger in mind and body for it. I usually like to geek out over podcasts, personal finance, and the best places to eat, but Kris has taught me to get nerdy in consideration of muscle tissue and range of motion. Go figure. Warming up and working out are fun and always interesting in variation with Kris. I feel like I'm always learning something new and I've never felt stronger in my adult life. I think I'll do my first pull-up ever in 2026!
The Improvement I have made through MAT is nothing short of amazing. Chris, through his expertise, is able to identify the key areas of muscle weakness and in combination with some gym work has helped to create flexibility and renewed strength. It has made a significant difference in my interest, willingness and capability to work out and improve my physical well-being. I recommend to everyone.
I have been going to Results for 19 years and this past year has been one of my best. I have been working w Kris Sullivan (trainer) who has customized a program for me that addresses strength, mobility, and flexibility. The workouts have been creative, challenging, effective, and fun. He has done a great job and a lot of fun to work with.
I have had many personal trainers in my lifetime, and Kris Sullivan is by far the best. He is amazingly knowledgable and keeps up to date with the very best techniques, equipment, and exercises. His fund of knowledge is truly incredible! In addition, he constantly watches your every movement and helpfully corrects the smallest details. He develops a particular program just for you, based on your age, your needs, and your present abilities. On top of it all, he is kind, friendly, and personable. What more could one hope for in a personal trainer?
Kris Sullivan is very knowledgeable and caring. He invests in his clients and works to make sure they progress. I have worked with Kris for over a year and he has been a lot of fun to work with. He challenges me and when I am not at 100% he is fine with modifying my workouts.
He has helped me to recover from injuries and succeed at my athletic endeavors of running half marathons. Every time I finish a race he gets credit. I highly recommend him for all things MAT and personal training.
