My mom has been a resident for 3 years and she has dementia. She is very well taken care of. The aides, specifically Julia, has formed a bond of trust with her and know her needs and how to address them while keeping her happy. The case manager, Jessica is very compassionate and caring and always addresses any concerns regarding my mom immediately. It’s refreshing to see a case manager who genuinely cares for seniors and is very attuned to their needs and issues. I am thankful that my mom has such a wonderful team supporting her.
The entire staff was very professional and personable. My husband and I flew in from Arizona for our procedures. Dr. Castro and her staff were extremely friendly and explained the procedure to us and were very informative. I would highly recommend.
Everyone that works at Amber Court, is caring, loving, concerned, and just amazing. They care for each and every person that lives there, they go out of their way to help everyone, guide them, watch over them and protect them. I highly recommend this facility for your loved ones in need of full time care. The best is the beautiful view of Lake Ronkonkoma, which is directly across the street. Their rooms are perfect and inviting. My Mom is there and I’ve never seen her happier.
We had an amazing experience at Lake shore/ Amber Court. My sister went for an evaluation for admission. We were greeted with a warm welcome from Lori the director of Admissions. I feel so at ease that my sister will be given the care she needs.
Executive staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. Case Manager Jessica treats the residents as family and always tries to ensure their needs are met. She goes above and beyond to make sure residents are happy.
