I just had a leak in my kitchen all night which lead to water seeping through the floor below. I was cleaning it with napkins all night. Water coming from the roof through the window sill on my kitchen counter and through to my basement bathroom. I called LI Prestige Construction in a panic around 5:30 this morning. They answered right away took down my case and sent someone in under 2 hours. Mind you below 20° out with snow and ice everywhere. Bernard (the technician they sent) went above and beyond. He explained everything to me and throughly went through my options. They are very personable people. I had a very specific situation and they were very attentive to it. Bernard worked quickly yet thoroughly. I definitely recommend them without a doubt
Nick and his crew were prompt and friendly and took time to explain what needed to be done. they worked all day Sunday and did a full half roof and thorough cleanup. excellent job and highly recommended!!
