The sand is clean the beach is clean and a great beach as a family beach, but the waves are dangerous ... it need a day with very hot weather
And about the price it is 10$ per car for hempstead residents and for others
50$ per car or 20$ per walk in person
I love this beach. I really don't want to write this review because everyone will find it. Short walk to the water. Super clean restrooms. Life guards are vigilant. No awful loud music. Lots of parking.
Great beach area. Easy to get to has parking lot and charges per car. Cheaper for residents of lido.
It was relaxing. There isn't a lot of people depending on the day and time of day that you go but it is a lot less crowded than Long Beach and for in state residents the cost to get in is a little bit cheaper than the cost for out of state residents but it is worth the price. This is my favorite beach to go to.
Love this beach in the early morning. .quiet and peaceful. .gets crowded on the weekends. .very short walk to the water..beach showed alot of erosion over the winter..
