i must admit had no problem with the install, wood flooring seemed to be good quality and dealing with chris and the installers all went well due to my experience i would definitely recommend

I had a flooring install emergency 🚨
And I was 1 box short of being able to complete my install for the day. They were not only able to work as a team to help me locate the floor at their hauppauge location but they also sent it for immediate delivery to my worksite so that we were able to complete our job before the end of the workday. Big shout out to them for their assertiveness and care and to helping people acquire firm footing at their awesome floor store 🦶🏿
I highly recommend using LL Flooring (Hauppauge location) for all your flooring needs. Chris was super helpful and very accommodating (holding my material in his warehouse) when my project stalled and I was unable to pick up. Other team members like Malik were pleasant and courteous, manners you do not frequently see in today's sales/ customer service environment. A+ service! Thank you Chris/ Malik!
Everything about this experience, from purchase to install, was wonderful. Everyone was so polite, helpful, accommodating, and empathetic. Prices were great, delivery was on time, install was on time. Everyone was super careful of my freshly painted walls. The floor looks STUNNING. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to use LL flooring for additional flooring needs in the future; and I would reccomend to anyone. So so happy. Thank you!!!
