My experience today was bad! The hair glue I purchased yesterday was old and dry, so I went back to return it but was unable. I asked to see the same product to make sure it was still good before I bought it again. I want to try it to see but as I was trying to see if its dried out or not, one of the girls that work there took it right out of my hands. I felt disrespected for the way she went about it. She could have just said if you open It you pay for it and I would have said fine. But she just took it right out of my hands. Because of that behavior I will seriously limit going to that location and referring this location to anyone in the future. She was unprofessional and in my personal space. That kind of behavior is not needed while dealing with customers.

The young lady behind the counter is super knowledgeable and PATIENT .. if you have no idea about hair products or are typically indecisive about anything her and her team make it easier on your shopping experience. And there is always a smile and a warm presence as well.

My wife has cancer and she stopped by the purchase a wig, she came home crying I was ready to come by to see what happen . Then she later explained to me and said she had received the best customer service ever in her life from that Jamaican girl (she forgot her name lol) . She was even kind enough to buy her a pair of ear ring. So if your thinking about going to a Beauty Supply Store choose Mambo for your best Customer Service and Good prices.

This beauty supply store has great staffs. Ms Mina, the manager was super kind and has professional knowledge of wig collections. They have large collection of wigs and price is cheaper than any other beauty supply store in this town. Mr. Lee, the owner gave us good information of wig trend now a days. Most satisfied shopping experience ever.

I had such a great experience here! I received customer service almost immediately and left with an amazing wig that I CANNOT wait to wear. Their wig selections are great and they’re very neat and friendly. I will definitely be coming back here for anything that I need.
