We have always had a great experience at Metric Motors. Their waiting room is comfortable, welcoming, clean and entertaining with the cooking show on tv. This was how I spent my Thanksgiving, a flat on the highway, and when I tried to drive further to get to an exit I completely shredded the tire. The next day I got 2 new front tires at Metric, and they were able to replace the tire on the old rim saving me a great expense. I thoroughly recommend this shop
This was my first experience using Metric Motors. They have earned a customer for life.
I brought them a 2021 Ford HD3500 van which I use for off grid camping. The vehicle has 51,000 miles on it. Because I camp out in off grid locations, reliability is critical. I asked them to give the vehicle a bumper to bumper inspection and take care of anything that appeared worn or needed attention.
After a thorough inspection, I got an invoice for just $85 for a tire rotation and a TPMS sensor. These people are honest, highly skilled and dedicated to their customers.
The whole experience was amazing. Booking the appointment was easy, their follow up and communication was excellent.
No more dealer service visits for me. If I ever need anything on any one of my cars, I am going straight to MM.
