Great work and great customer service at Mid County! Really appreciated Marcelo's attention to our issue, which was certainly one of the smaller projects in his shop. He worked with us every step of the way, talked to insurance when he needed to, and made sure everything was how it needed to be in the end.

Marcelo and his team at Mid-County worked an absolute miracle — he returned my car to brand-new condition, and somehow it drives even better than before. His communication throughout the process was outstanding. He was dedicated, transparent, and incredibly patient, walking me through each step and calming me down more than a few times when I started spiraling about the accident and the damage. He also handled all communication with my insurance company, which was a huge relief.

I brought my M4 after my bumper was hit and needed to be replaced. Ended up needing new bumper, paint, hangers, radar module and Marcelo fixed it to a factory finish. Incredibly nice gentleman with a humor and enthusiasm for cars to boot. I’m glad I went here on a whim. He was even nice enough to drive me to the car rental place, talk me through every charge on the sheet, and show me my car in its stages of (dis)repair.

But the car came out perfect. No warnings, sensors work, and paint looks factory.

Came to get an f8x style bumper painted for my 2016 340i, recieved nothing short of perfection from them. Couldnt find a drip, run, or any sort of missed spot even in places people wouldnt see. Color matched like it was factory and it was done only a few days after being dropped off. Im most definitely coming back for any painting needs in the future. Owner is extremly kind and professional. Fantastic work at a great price.
