We would highly recommend Mobile Valet! From Jose meeting with us for the initial quote and Erica supervising the event, the team was very professional and expedited our VIP event flawlessly! Communication was excellent, prior to and during the event. Erica made a point to come inside and check with us periodically during the event and ensured that every last key was delivered, even for those guests that stayed later than expected. We will definitely use them for a number of other events we have planned this year in New York and New Jersey. Thank you so much for excellent customer service!
We had an EXCELLENT experience with Jose and his team. We hired them for a party and they were professional, easy to work with and very resourceful. Jose was a pleasure to work with and very professional throughout our dealings. He returned calls promptly and followed up. We had a tricky situation because we didn't have a place for Jose and his team to actually park the cars -- but he arrived early and scoped out the area and figured out an amazing solution and took care of our guests perfectly. Don’t usually do this but these guys deserve more credit, outstanding service from my experience, my car was pretty far in the lot and the gentleman managed to get my car out without a scratch. A lot better than the venues last valet company.
I hired Mobile Valet for my wedding and I couldn’t be more satisfied. They were polite and professional. I was a guest at a beautiful wedding and my 5 star experience started with the guys with Mobile Valet Inc. My elderly mother has a hard time standing for more than a few minutes and the valet attendants went above and beyond to make sure we were in and out quickly... all with a smile.
