Safe Harbor Capri Marina is a standout haven for boaters seeking both top-tier amenities and a welcoming, professional environment. This marina strikes a perfect balance between convenience, style, and first-class service thanks to Robert and his entire crew.
From the moment we arrived, the staff’s attentiveness set the tone: dockhands are experienced, courteous, and quick to assist anyway we needed professionaly and genuinely committed to making our stay smooth.
The facilities are immaculate clean restrooms, cozy hot showers, and a well-maintained laundry and gym areas. The docks are new, power and water hookups reliable, and the Wi-Fi is strong enough to support remote work and streaming (we are living aboard). The location itself is unbeatable. Just a short walk or dinghy ride from the village of Port Washington, you're close to restaurants, grocery stores, and marine supply shops.
The LIRR train station is a quick walk away and gets you to Penn Station in under 40 minutes!
For those cruising through the Sound or staging for a trip up the Hudson, Capri is a logical and luxurious stop.
Safe Harbor Capri feels like our home port.

Left boat at Safe Harbor Capri for some needed work. Tim the Service Manager is excellent and responsive. Really helped us out with short notice. Boat looks great and everything I needed done was done well.
The dock hands are also terrific. Friendly, helpful. Even Flemished our lines on arrival.
Close to West Marine, Target, Groceries and anything else you might need. And a bus stop right on the corner to get you on your way to NYC.
