I have to say, I have never had an experience with UHaul like the one I just had this week. Brian called me after I called Storage X and I did not leave a message and hung up. I needed a truck for Tuesday initially and I could not stick to that date and had to reschedule for today which was Friday. I forgot to call Brian, but he called on Thursday and set the truck up for me. This is true customer service which these days does not exist. Bravo, Brian and I will be coming back when I need to rent a UHaul. Highly Recommended!!!
Wow! Incredibly clean, high tech and well lit indoor storage facility. Great prices and very friendly staff. Brian went above and beyond to help us get started. Glad I found Storage X !!
