AWESOME AND AMAZING PLACE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HELPFUL PERSON. WHO KNOWS THE BUSINESS. THANK YOU SO MUCH
One of the true last old school types of boat yards boat yards where you can store you boat and know that your property is safe and secure.
this will be my 6 or 7th season that I am storing my boat here at Kirby Street Marina.
What I like about this yard is that it is huge, plenty of space for you to park you car, and while everyone wont be lucky enough to park there car right in front of their boat as they work, there is plenty of space for enough people to enjoy that convenience, another plus is that there is water and electricity provided.
So another bonus is that the power washing is included in the price of the storage, you are able to work on your boat provided you take the necessary precautions to ensure there are no contaminants getting into the ground, and if you are not handy enough to work on your own engine there are mechanics to help you out with you mechanical needs.
I know there are people who may not give a high rating to this yard for whatever reason but one thing I can bet my life on is that Marco takes all necessary precautions to protect everyone's investment as well as himself. I have gone through many boat yards in my years of boating and I have not come across one yard that secures boats like Marco does, he puts blocks and up to 4 stands on a boat, he makes every effort to make sure that your boat doesn't budge, and to me that deserves a 5 star rating, Marco has rules in place and if everyone abides by them you will have no problem.
oh and if you are wondering why I gave him a 4 star rating instead of 5, its simple I give no one 5 stars.
I will continue to recommend customers to Marco and continue to have my boat stored here as long as possible.
Had my boat there over last winter, would not recommend. Marko, the owner is very difficult to deal with, there is always some kind of an issue with him here and there unfortunately.
Go to the Fenton Marine next door to Barrons if you would like to work on your boat here and there, it's the same deal.
