I worked with Tracey to set up our appointment to have our generator serviced and she was great. She remembered me immediately from a previous call and found me a technician next day for our service.
Tucker was our technician, he was one of the best service men I have dealt with. We are in a 15000 sqft building and Tucker took his time walking through the entire building and finding a solution to my issue of having the unit connected to the app. As the new building manager he was patient, kind, and explained the system in detail for me since it was new and I am still getting familiar with the building. I am grateful for this company, its customer service and having a team that I know can help me.

Best experience I've ever had with a contractor. Russ, as the project manager and his crew answered every question or concern I had with promptness and professionalism. Russ communicated to me every step of the process from picking a good spot for the generator, to the permitting process, and final inspections. EM Electric is very lucky to have someone like Russ working for them. He is the first person you hear from and see that will either make or break the deal. I 100% recommend EM Electric to do your generator install.

EM Electric installed a 22 kW Kohler standby natural gas generator.
There is absolutely no evidence, other than the generator, they did any work at my home.

We had a 20 kilowatt Kohler generator installed by EM Electrical Contractors. I would definitely recommend them if you wanted to install a generator at your home or business. Russ Virgilio of EM was our general contractor for our installation and he took care of everything from start to finish. The entire EM staff; from the office staff to the installation crew were professional, courteous and most importantly efficient. Overall, a job well done!
