    I have been using King George for plumbing issues for a number of years now and I’ve always been given quality service. They do things the right way and provide expert guidance. Everyone that has come to my home from King George has had the utmost expertise and professionalism. More recently, Joe was at my home and was professional, kind, understanding, and did the job perfect! Whenever I call King George they are always very accommodating and I feel assured that they will fix whatever is wrong. Similarly, when something isn’t wrong and I need an upgrade I know I can count on them to lead me down the right path. I highly recommend King George.

    We moved to Warren in 1999 and used King George for all of our plumbing needs. I cannot say enough about how responsive they are with their service and are basically available 24/7. Their technicians and office staff have always been courteous and professional. We recently moved out of the immediate Warren area and are ecstatic that King George has continued to fulfill all of our service needs.

    We purchased our furnace 5 years ago, and because of the type of system, have not needed any services until this year. Our furnace was able to be restarted the first time with a simple switch. A service call revealed no problems. Less than a week later, the furnace did not work again. We "restarted" it and called. The problem identified, and the part ordered. It was installed the next day. However, it was not the problem. Over the next few weeks, the servicemen (all very nice, respectful and hard working) were called, came, fixed another problem, and returned when the system did not work. The furnace would not even restart on Super Bowl Sunday. We had to be creative with a wood burning stove and space heaters. It took a total of 5 visits and different parts replaced to have a working furnace. (knock on wood) The service is not the problem, perhaps just the manufacturerer. I do recommend them. They have been supportive and hard working. They have driven to other parts of the state to get parts in order to get our furnace working.

    My 27 year-old furnace broke in the middle of January. I needed a new furnace quick and didnt have too much time to look around. I called King George because they installed the original and they came the same day and gave me a quote. I got quotes over the phone with 2 others and while they were a little high they were ready to install within 2 days so I went with them. They did a good job installing it: In a day they installed the new one, took the old away, got the A/C part of it installed, and answered all the questions I had about the humidifier, UV light, and maintenance. Dan was the install guy. They did a good job in summary.
