I bought my chain from Montgomery Jewelers a while back. It holds my mother’s ashes, so it means a lot to me. The clasp broke recently, so I brought it in to get fixed. They cleaned it up, replaced the clasp, and had it ready super fast. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in their work. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I definitely recommend Montgomery Jewelers for anything jewelry-related.

Yesterday morning I was driving to my brother's housewarming party when my mom text me to let me know it had also become an engagement party! She asked if I could stop at a jewelry store for ring size adjuster, as the ring was too big. I was right at the exits for Montgomery so I turned off 84 and headed for Montgomery jewelers. The woman behind the counter was helping another couple, got them set up, and turned to help me. I explained what she needed and she said they were out and would likely have them early in the week. I said that I really needed it today and was trying to think of where else to go, but she went into her office and looked through every drawer and every surface and she found one! I greatly appreciate her efforts and she greatly helped a newly engaged couple! Wonderful customer service!

I have dealt with Montgomery Jewelers a few times now. They are a small store. But I like that. No they do not have a huge selection like huge jewelers might. But they have nice personal service. They have security doors for protection. Although Montgomery is not normally a high crime area.
They do jewelry repairs and such right on site. They also do smaller tasks like replacing a watch battery or band. I have been happy with their work, service and even prices. Yes, some jewelry can be pricy. But I feel they are on par with other jewelers.
I like that I always seem to get parking directly in front of the store. I have purchased items from them. Some were fairly inexpensive, some not inexpensive. But I have never been unhappy with any purchases or their service. As such, they have been becoming my go to jeweler.

Outstanding service from an outstanding jeweler. I go their for all my repairs, battery replacements for my watches and jewelry purchases. All have all been top shelf experiences. All repairs and battery replacements done on premise. She's a highly experienced and skilled jeweler who's an expert at her craft. Highly recommended! Excellent jewelry shop.
