It's crazy how we are the only county to have the MTA build a bus depot here!
BxM4 bus driver Nana(bus 3357) is the highlight of my day. She is super kind, mindful and self aware, I always look forward to my bus ride in the morning. I’ve been taking this line for years and every time I climb onto her bus it’s always pleasant. I just want to thank her specifically, for being the person she is. Jose R (Badge # 63322) was an amazingly professional and kind driver for us. We are senior citizens who had just arrived in Manhattan, on a red eye, and we wanted to go to the Bronx Zoo. We knew to wait on Madison Avenue, but we didn't know which stop to use. Jose directed us to the correct stop twice, finally picking us up where we needed to be. In addition, he took time to help us understand where we would be let off at the zoo and picked up later, giving us a wonderful welcome to New York. Thanks, Jose.
