TL Hi-Tech Nails

I came in looking for vacation nails. A pedicure and a manicure. My pedicure was nice I had a wonderful conversation with the tech. The place was run down which is fine because I really don't mind that I mainly mind the quality of the service as I get my nails done religiously every 2-3 weeks. My manicure was horrible. The tech was on TikTok the whole time or texting friends, once again which isn't a problem for me but stopping/rushing service to respond or swipe to the next video or comment is inappropriate. I work in service as a hairstylist and I would never do that. The filing of my previous color and set was done on the most rigid attachment and not buffed out to smooth after. When I asked him about it he said the chrome would make it hard to see. I am not a beginner, a good base can make any set look awesome and a bumpy base can ruin an entire set. The nail art is good but the nails themselves are so textured it's off putting and the chrome makes it worse. I can still see my previous set mark under the new gel. also one of my nails is dull no matter how much alcohol i put on it or wash it.

I won’t go anywhere else this is my favorite nail place!! They take their time and are very friendly. Michael always does my nails and he’s so patient with me. And Kathy is great with doing designs with rhinestones and I love when she does my pedi. When people compliment me I always recommend Hi-Tech Nails!
