Iris was wonderful to work with. The store has a lot to offer and they provide excellent product knowledge to help with your designs and any concerns. There was open communication about delivery and follow-ups.
Very high quality couches! I swung by while in the mall and the sales rep shared that there was a very steep discount for the sectional we happened to like while looking in a specific color that they were overstocked on. Half an hour later after going through layout, reclining capability and more, Iris helped us place an order. The delivery was super smooth and the delivery reps were super respectful, even putting on shoe covers and laying out protective flooring. Would highly recommend this store 👍🏻
We had the pleasure of working with with Rock Hoffer at Natuzzi Italia. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product. He helped us select the perfect couch, throw pillows & side table for our space. His communication with us never stopped until the furniture arrived at our home. My husband and I walked into the store on a whim and had the pleasure of meeting Iris. She was the most gracious and knowledgeable sales person we have come in contact with in a very long time. The store is filled with amazing items. We bought a recliner that has proved to be the most comfortable chair I have ever sat in. It is incredibly well made, as is all Natuzzi furniture. You definitely don’t want to miss stopping into this Natuzzi store and be sure to ask for Iris.
