Swan Tile & Cabinets

I bought a bath vanity from Swan, a year and a half ago, along with a tower cab for a completely remodeled bathroom. Custom job with rounded doors.
A couple months ago I saw that a piece of veneer came loose!
I called the contractor who came over and said it was properly installed.
I called Swan who said they've never heard of veneer just peeling off in the middle of a door. The contractor agreed. My wife said she never hit it with anything, and it looked to me like the adjacent drawers weren't the culprit. I mean, what to do? So I had to order a new door. (Two,to make sure the paint matched).
Although it cost, I must say the Customer Service from Johnny at Swan in New Hyde Park was great. He never ducked a call; he explained the process (which would take a while, being a custom job) and in time we have our new doors. So 4 ☆☆☆☆s for me.
I would go back if I ever do another bathroom or kitchen.

We came to Swan tile and cabinets because we want to match the kitchen cabinets in our kitchen that the previous owner of our house used to renovate kitchen.. Let me tell this store has very high quality products and great pricing. We spoke with ivan who was very helpful and understanding and he help design the kitchen. He listen to exactly what we want and he had great ideas to help us with our kitchen cabinet design. The cabinets are very well built. There all custom made. The kitchen cabinets were done pretty fast. we love them. Great job!!!! Thanks Ivan for all your help. Well definitely be back. 5/ 28/2022 . We came back and order cabinets to make our island in our kitchen bigger and beautiful. That's exactly what Ivan did for us. What a beautiful quartz countertop. The guy measuring countertop listen to everything we want. He did a great job. We love it. Its a knockout island countertop now. I added pictures of island countertop.

My wife and I were picking up kitchen cabinet for our new apartment. We ended up purchasing tiles, mirrors and then vanities for our 3 baths as well. Superb service from Johnny and team: patient and courteous as well as professional. Having shopped at other cabinet and tile store, it is a pleasant surprise. We would recommend the Swan to our friends.

10/4/19 update. There is a small chip on the island and we called Johnny to see what he can do to help fix it. Without hesitation, he sent his guy over to fix. Not sure about other salespeople at Swan but we had a pleasant experience with Johnny and highly recommend him.
