Just ordered a recliner in store at La Z Boy in Carle Place. Great customer service. Kevin was very helpful and patient. He also picked up and moved one recliner next to a second recliner to make my comparison and decision easier. Can’t wait to receive my first ever recliner.
I had a wonderful experience at La-Z-Boy on Long Island. I worked with Juan, who was very kind and patient and helped me to make a couple of big decisions. In the end, I bought some furniture that I was extremely happy with and the prices and his assistance made for a great shopping day.
The sales person was courteous, he explained warranty on furniture. He showed my husband and I various sofas that we sat in for comfort, length of seat cushion and high head rest. We also wanted power for lumbar and headrest. We eventually found a sofa that had a remote for each seat and the color we wanted. We will receive sofa in 6-8 weeks and our current sofa will be removed and put on curbside. Our experience was very good and I would recommend store to other people I know.
We went to try recliners in person. My husband has specific health needs. He found one that made him smile. La-Z-Boy is building it custom. We didn't want to swivel. It's going to be great! Thanks, Kevin!
Had a very good experience. I needed a recliner and Anthony showed us exactly what I researched online. Then he presented an alternative that worked even better for me. Service was friendly and efficient and he helped me get it in the car. A colleague (did not get her name) found plastic to wrap the chair for me even though I was not her customer. Could not have been more impressed with the professionalism and courtesy.
