I wanted to share a positive experience we had at your Garden City location. We were simply browsing hot tubs to see what options were available, and we were greeted by Josh. He was not only friendly but also very knowledgeable, which made our visit enjoyable.
Although we didn’t make a purchase today, when we’re ready to buy, we will definitely be returning to Josh. He was fantastic!
I bought a pizza oven during Christmas time and I am in love with this purchase. The associate that helped me out was very helpful in my choice of choosing a pizza oven. He even showed me the pizza he has made with his own. I will definitely come back when I redo my backyard.
I normally don't write reviews but I felt I needed to take the time to make sure to give credit where credit is due. I have done months of research on what hot tub to buy every time I thought I would purchase one I would find out more info changing the path of my decision. I finally read up on salt water tubs and the benefits and concluded my research. I decided to shop for a dealer that had the salt water tubs and there were not many. Thankfully I found Backyard Masters that were very helpful and knowledgeable. I spoke to Alan and he guided me on all the benefits and features of the models they had. He even sold me on the lower cost model that was more in my budget as I originally wanted a bigger tub and I'm glad I went with his recommendation. If you want a sales experience that is not pushy and extremely friendly then you need to see Alan. To this day months later we still communicate. I highly recommend seeing him to give you the same experience I had and would recommend him to all my friends and family. Backyard Masters including Sam who helped facilitate the scheduling of delivery, Dustin who went over everything at the end and Alan who was there every step of the way truly exceeding all my expectations. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thanks again!
