The facility is well maintained and access and services are all automated/streamlined. I had zero issues. and would definitely use it again in the future when in need!
My family moved to new homes out of Long Island and needed storage for the in-between permanent residencies. We needed roughly 12x12 and found it at a good price at Neighborhood storage. After reviewing the facility, we felt safe leaving our property onsite which lasted roughly 3 years. Probably too long out of laziness but the facility accommodated us with only 1 or 2 small increases over time. My only improvement might be their offering tape, bags and boxes as there is nothing near to buy those goods. I would also recommend having some form of trash services. Overall your in good hands!
