New Beginnings Window and Door

From sitting with Jacob to installation, my wife and I couldn’t be happier with New Beginnings. The product is excellent and everyone involved in the project was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The installer, Nick and his crew were not only on time, but early. They finished the job in less time than estimated. The delivery staff were right on schedule to drop off everything the installers needed to complete the project. Jacob stopped by during the installation, to ensure things were progressing to our satisfaction. Nick walked use through to inspect the finished work. I would certainly recommend New Beginnings to anyone looking for quality sliding doors at a reasonable price.

From the minute we walked into the showroom we felt like valued customers. After we had shopped around, we found exactly what we were looking for and Chantal made it happen. From purchase to the installation with George, we highly recommend New Beginnings!

Brought them in for a client's project and ended up booking them for my own windows. Customer service was impeccable from start to finish and Chris came by during the installation to see how things were going while he was in the area. The product was exactly as described,the installers were professional and did a fantastic job on an old brick house. As a private property manager in the Hudson Valley, I look forward to using them for more window projects in the future.

Due to years of extensive water damage we had a complete tear out and replacement of our large living room window, front door and storm door. From the initial meeting with Chris Haines to the day of installation, the whole process was done seamlessly and professionally! Chris thoroughly explained the process, provided us with many samples to choose from and even recommended a window manufacturer he personally used in his home which is what we went with! We were updated periodically on the status of the products we ordered, availability, arrival date to their facility and delivery of product to our home! Chris fit us into their busy schedule very quickly as our situation now became somewhat of an emergency! He told me he knew exactly which person he was going have tackle this massive project...Nick Santos! I can't say enough about Nick and his crew! His punctuality, meticulous attention to detail and impeccable work were fantastic and second to none! Coincidentally I ended up knowing one of the guys on his crew which made the project even more personable than then they already were! Nick and his crew were neat, precise and cleaned up the work space in the house as well as the outside! They went a above and beyond and I would recommend New Beginnings and Nick to anyone! Excellent service from start to finish. Excellent customer service and communication. Installers were punctual and did an excellent job. The team was effective and completed our door installations in a timely fashion. They communicated with us throughout the entire job. The areas were cleaned up upon completion.
