My aunt Pamela has been living here, and she truly loves this place. The staff is wonderful to her, and all of her needs are consistently taken care of. They recently renovated the front of the building, and it’s clear that they’re always looking for ways to make the facility even better for the residents and their families.

The administration team goes above and beyond to ensure that every need is met. There are so many activities available, and the recreational director, Gladys, is amazing. Hodayai, the administrator, is truly exceptional—I’ve never met anyone as dedicated and caring as she is. She always makes sure every resident’s needs are prioritized. And the the price to live here is incredible. It is the most reasonable price in Staten Island..

The safety and cleanliness of the facility are outstanding. They take great pride in maintaining a secure and spotless environment. My aunt has a beautiful room overlooking the water, and being right by the beach makes the summers absolutely gorgeous. The entire atmosphere is peaceful and uplifting.

There is no other place quite like this one. I highly recommend this adult assisted living facility for your loved one—they will be happy and well cared for. I proudly give this place five stars.

The food is outstanding—they recently hired a new chef, and the meals have been phenomenal. There are always activities available, and they do a wonderful job keeping my aunt engaged and busy. She also has a room overlooking the water, which she absolutely loves.

They recently renovated the facility, and it looks beautiful. Amanda at the front desk is so sweet and loving; anytime you need something, she immediately makes sure you get help.

I give this place five stars. From the moment you walk through the entrance, you are greeted with genuine warmth. The administration team is truly amazing. My grandmother is in this facility, and they treat her with such care, kindness, and respect. All of her needs are being met, and they recently renovated the front area, which looks beautiful.

Her room overlooks the water, and she absolutely loves it. There are always plenty of activities to enjoy, and the entire staff goes above and beyond to make sure every resident is well cared for. Having the clinic on-site—with doctors, therapists, and everything she needs—brings us so much peace of mind.

The safety of the facility is excellent, and the fact that it’s right by the beach is such a gift. My grandmother can take walks there during the summer, which she enjoys so much. They also have a lovely backyard area that she adores.

I appreciate this place more than I can express. It has truly been a blessing for my grandmother and our family.

I want to give this place a five-star rating. My older brother has been there for over two years, and they truly go above and beyond to take care of him. The HHAs are wonderful with him, and I’ve never seen my brother so happy. Hodaya Brick, the administrator, is incredible—she makes sure every resident is well cared for.

They recently hired a new chef, and the food is absolutely phenomenal. I also appreciate the strong security and how safe the residents are. From the moment you walk through the door, you’re welcomed so warmly.

I’m grateful that my brother has a place where he can feel both safe and happy. He’s involved in all the activities, and the recreation director does an amazing job keeping the residents active and engaged.

Amanda she works the front desk greets you with warmth the moment you arrive. I’ve also been working with the case manager, Jessica, who is truly amazing. Whenever I have questions, I go to the head nurse, Alla who is wonderful. And the medication supervisor, Olga Luna, always greets you with such kindness and love.and answers all your questions
